Stone lost - what now?

Normally it should not happen that a stone comes loose from a browband purchased from us. If this does happen, we are here to help you.

Where possible, we offer a free stone replacement service (as long as these stones are still in our range and the cup chain is intact), where you only have to pay the shipping costs.
